ULTRA RUNNING

What kind of exercise do you like best?
I prefer long runs and interval sessions the most.

What does running give you?
Running gives me a lot. Challenge, joy, camaraderie, relaxation, the joy of exploration, determination. It’s the simplest and best form of exercise.

What sports achievement are you most proud of?
In trail running, it's winning the silver medal at the 2022 World Championships in Thailand and winning Zegama in 2018.

What do you bring with you when you run ultra-long distances?
I bring energy gels, drinks, and an extra jacket (and a headlamp if running when it's dark). In races, I carry the mandatory equipment in the lightest format possible!

There is always more to discover
