Guarantee
Silva warrants that your Silva product for a period of two (2) years* will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Silva's liability under the warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the product. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, please contact the original place of purchase. Make sure to have your proof of purchase handy when returning the product. Returns cannot be processed without the original proof of purchase.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been modified or if it has not been installed, used, repaired or maintained in accordance with instructions from SILVA. The warranty also does not apply if the product has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical use or in case of negligence, abuse or accident. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear. Silva is not responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) or damages arising from the use of this product. Under no circumstances will Silva's liability exceed the amount you paid for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The warranty is only valid and may only be processed in the country of purchase .

The item you buy from us must be fault-free upon delivery. If the product you received has a defect, it should be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
As a consumer, you are legally entitled to complain for up to three years from the purchase, however within a reasonable time (two months) from the discovery of the fault. Contact us via the contact form for faster processing and state your full name, your order/receipt number, a brief description of the reason for the complaint, a picture of the damage if this is possible and your contact details (phone number and email address) .
In the event of a complaint, Silva is responsible for shipping costs, it is therefore important to use shipping documents sent from Silva. The product/s returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not triggered by Silva.
