Quality is important

Silva guarantees that your Silva product, for a period of two (2) years – five (5) years for compasses – will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Silva's responsibility under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the product. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If the product proves to be defective during the warranty period, please contact the original place of purchase. Make sure to have your purchase receipt at hand when returning the product. Returns cannot be processed without the original purchase receipt.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been altered or if it has not been installed, used, repaired, or maintained in accordance with SILVA's instructions. The warranty also does not apply if the product has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical use or in cases of negligence, abuse, or accident. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear either. Silva is not responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) or damages arising from the use of this product. Under no circumstances will Silva's liability exceed the amount you paid for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

The product you purchase from us should be free from defects upon delivery. If the product you have received is defective, it should be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. As a consumer, you have the right to make a complaint up to three years from the date of purchase, but within a reasonable time (two months) from the discovery of the defect. Contact us at support@primus-silva.co.uk for a quicker handling and provide your full name, order/receipt number, a brief description of the reason for the complaint, a picture of the damage if possible, and your contact information (phone number and email address). Silva covers the shipping costs for complaints, so it is important to use shipping documents sent from Silva.
