Digital Gift Card

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by Primus-Silva Sweden AB , a Swedish limited liability company with corporate registration number 556032-8113 .

By purchasing, receiving or using a gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Validity period

The gift card is valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase.

After the expiration date, the gift card can no longer be used, and any remaining balance will expire without the right to compensation.

3. Purchase and delivery

Gift cards are sold digitally and delivered via email to the recipient address provided at the time of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct email address.

Delivery usually takes place within a few minutes, but in some cases there may be a delay.

4. Usage

The gift card can be used as a means of payment when making purchases on our official website:

www.silvasweden.com , within the country where the card was purchased.

It can be used for full or partial payment. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference must be paid with another accepted payment method.

5. Balance

The balance on the gift card can be viewed directly via the link sent in the email with the gift card .

The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred or refunded, either in whole or in part.

6. Refund, loss and theft

Gift cards are a document of value. Primus-Silva Sweden AB is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed or refunded, and will not be replaced if lost or used without the holder's permission.

When returning goods paid for with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the same gift card.

7. Abuse and fraud

Primus-Silva Sweden AB reserves the right to refuse, block or cancel a gift card if there is suspicion of fraud, abuse or other unauthorized use.

The Company may also claim compensation for any losses caused by such use.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.

However, for consumers residing within the EU, EEA or the UK, any mandatory consumer protection regulations in the customer's home country shall also apply, in accordance with applicable law (including the EU's Rome I Regulation).

Any disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue with our customer service.

If the dispute cannot be resolved in this way, you as a consumer can contact the appropriate authority in your country.
