Service, repair and reuse
Our products are made to last. When they show signs of wear or break, they should be repairable and continue to be used. Our service and repair team offers spare parts and support for repairs.
We stock spare parts for both current and discontinued products. Common parts – such as lamps, lamp heads, headbands and batteries for headlamps – can be ordered directly from our website. Our ambition is to be able to offer spare parts for all wear-and-tear components.
Pre-Loved – second-hand for our products
In addition to service and repair, we run the second-hand concept Pre-Loved. This enables Silva products to be reused by taking care of, repairing and updating them – and then selling them on to new users.
