Head torch running

What head torch is best for running? That depends on the type of running.

Head torch for city running and gentle trails

Trail Runner Free 2 is our most popular running head torch. It's a great running head torch for city running or gentle trails where the head torch's 450-550 lumens (depending on the model) are more than sufficient. The Trail Runner Free 2 has a long burn time, a red safety light at the back, is extremely lightweight and has integrated cords, which gives you a feeling of total freedom. It features a red safety light and comes in three models with different light output and batteries.

Head torch for trail running

If you run on trails, you need more light to see where to put your feet. The FREE head torch is perfect for the task. Since this modular head torch series lets you mix and match between lamp units, batteries and accessories, it can be used for multiple sports and activities.

FREE 1200 is a compact head torch and its 12000 lumens make it a great option for road running, trail running, and cross-country skiing. Choose between the extra lightweight 14.4 Wh battery (XS), the lightweight 24,1 Wh battery (S) or the 36 Wh long-distance battery (M).

For technical trail running, cycling, mountain biking and ski touring, opt for the FREE 2000. We recommend the 24,1 Wh battery (S) or the 36 Wh battery (M), depending on the length of the activity.

Head torch for night orienteering and technical trails

Spectra O is the best choice if you run on technical trails or need a head torch for night orienteering. The head torch's 10,000 lumens turn night into day and allow you to keep high speed in the terrain.

Running vests for longer sessions and races

Strive 5 and 10 are light, flexible, and stylish running vests with smart compartments. Strive 5 comes with a 5-litre pack volume and is available in green and black, whereas Strive 10 has a 10-litres pack volume and comes in black. Both running vests have reflective details, running poles straps, and pockets for energy, phone, keys and equipment. Use our soft flasks or the Hydration Reservoir 1L bladder (sold separately).

For fast runs and races, choose the ultra lightweight Strive Fly, that weighs only 113 grams (size XS). The running vest comes with poles straps, easy-access pockets and is available in black, green or rose.

The Strive Mountain Pack is the best fit for mountain running or run commuting. This running rucksack is available in 20 litres (17+3) and 26 litres (23+3) pack volumes, has practical pockets, low weight and ergonomic fit.
