In its Gen 2 update, we’ve trimmed the weight further: the lamp unit now weighs just 61 grams, with the total weight (including batteries) ranging from 113 to 160 grams. With the power cord seamlessly integrated into the headband, there’s zero cable clutter – the Trail Runner Free 2 delivers hassle-free freedom.

Smini – Our Lightest Head Torch Series

The Smini series, our lightest head torches, weighs just 38.5 grams (Smini Fly model). This 250-lumen running torch is perfect for daily training or as a reliable backup during races.

The series includes the Smini and Smini Fly models, both providing 250 lumens of brightness, a red light mode to preserve night vision, a rechargeable battery, and a comfortable fit.

The key difference is that the Smini Fly weighs just 38.5 grams and features a 3 mm-wide headband, while the Smini weighs 53 grams and comes with a 15 mm headband.

If preferred, you can purchase and swap the headbands, as both sizes are compatible with both headlamps. You can also add the Smini Rear Light, a red rear safety light, for enhanced visibility.
